Year 6 take part in Enterprise Day

Robin Neighbour, the Northants area manager from Young Enterprise recently visited Gretton to teach pupils all about business, enterprise and economics through a variety of fun and engaging activities.
Gretton’s school hall was recently transformed into an open art gallery, welcoming members of the local community. The exhibition showcased a series of artwork produced by the pupils in response to the painting ‘An experiment on a bird in the air pump’ by Joseph Wright of Derby.
On Wednesday, 40 children from KS2 went to Rockingham Triangle for the annual Welland Valley Competition.
We started the new term on Monday with a whole school science day.

This year has been another successful Rose Fair at Gretton Primary Academy. The event was full of dancing, stalls and the crowning of our May Queen and King.
