Harvest Festival
Harvest still goes ahead at Gretton
Despite the very autumnal weather and the last minute venue change, the half term ended with a wonderful harvest festival. We were delighted to be joined by Reverend Frost who led us in our thanks for the harvest and for all the good things we are lucky enough to have. Children shared poems, prayers and songs and it was an uplifting experience for us all.
We are very thankful to everyone who attended for accommodating the last minute changes and are also grateful for the harvest donations we received in school which have now been distributed around the community. It is lovely to see that, despite times being hard for us all, the Gretton community spirit is going strong.
