Pupils from Years 3-6 recently took part in a cross-country competition at West Glebe competing again other local primary schools.
Distances were set according to student ages, with Year 6 students covering 2,000 metres. Students could even opt to take part just for fun rather than competitively.
Student Ellie S said: ‘I really enjoy sports and love taking part in this event. It is quite challenge but is also lots of fun.’
Mrs MacDonald said: ‘The school participate in the event every year as it is always greatly received by our pupils. The children had a really enjoyable day and represented the school well.’
