Pork patties with the vegetable rice
Delicious lightly spiced pork patties with a side serving of vegetable rice.
500g pork mince
1 small onion
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp ground chilli powder
Lemon zest (optional)
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Season to your taste.
Divide the mixed ingredients into at least 6-8 and till like sausages.
Place on a baking tray and cook for 15-20 minutes on 180c
Serve with your vegetable rice or with a dipping sauce.
