As Headteacher, I believe that high standards and genuine care go hand in hand. We want our children to develop a love of learning, take pride in their achievements and leave our school with the knowledge, skills and character they need for the next stage of their journey. We have high expectations for all our pupils, and we support them with encouragement, kindness and a belief in their potential.

At my core, I am a teacher, and I remain passionate about inspiring children to be the very best versions of themselves. Every child should feel seen, heard and valued, and know that there are adults around them who care deeply about their wellbeing and success.

Gretton Primary is more than a school; it is a community. The warmth, compassion and sense of belonging that exist here are what make our school such a special place. I am proud to be part of that community and excited to build on the many strengths that already exist.
