Uniform

At Gretton Primary Academy, we’re really proud of our smart and distinctive school uniform—and so are our children! Wearing the uniform helps everyone feel part of our school community and reflects the values we share.

We ask that all children wear the correct uniform with the school logo, as it helps keep them safe, comfortable, and ready for all the exciting things school life brings—from lessons and trips to festivals and sports events. We’re often complimented on how fantastic our pupils look when we’re out and about, and that’s something we’re all proud of.

Key Stage 1
  • Grey trousers, school kilt or pinafore 
  • Plain white shirt or blouse
  • Purple jumper or cardigan with school logo
  • Grey socks or tights
  • Black school shoes (not trainers or open toed sandals)
  • Purple gingham dress
  • Grey shorts 

 

PE Kit
  • Royal blue shorts
  • Purple T-shirt with school logo
  • Trainers
  • School royal blue tracksuit bottoms 
  • Purple hoody
Key Stage 2

  • Jewellery should not be worn in school. Small stud earrings are permitted.
  • In line with Government guidance, children will not be allowed to take part in P.E. whilst wearing earrings.
  • On children's P.E. days, they must come to school without earrings in.
  • Please ensure that your child is wearing the correct, full, named school uniform. 
  • Uniform is available from Karl Sports Shop in Kettering or may be ordered online.
