Senior Leadership Team

Tina Kemp completed a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood and Education at the University of Hertfordshire before gaining QTS at the University of Derby. Tina started her teaching career at Beanfield Primary School (part of the Brooke Weston Trust) teaching across the primary phase from Early Years all the way up to Year 6. Tina has successfully completed the National Professional Qualification for Leading Teachers (NPQLT) and is currently working on the qualification for Leading Literacy.

After spending 9 years at Beanfield Primary School, Tina moved to Gretton Primary Academy in September 2022 where she leads on Personal Development across the school as well as English, including phonics.  Tina has recently completed the Brooke Weston Trust’s Leadership Academy programme.
